Center Parcs has launched a new customer loyalty programme that sees event organisers rewarded with a family short-break at one of its four UK villages.
When spending more than £12,500 on a conference, event bookers will automatically receive a free break for up to six people. Additionally, any organiser who makes an enquiry with the Center Parcs corporate events team will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a Center Parcs break with family and friends.
Center Parcs is also encouraging event bookers to maximise conference time and invite delegates to spend a night in the forest with the launch of new 24-hour rates.
The reduced rates start from £120 per delegate and include a full day venue hire for a conference with food and refreshments provided throughout the day as well as conference requirements such as a projector. The rate also includes accommodation in a self-catering woodland lodge as well as a three-course dinner and breakfast served either in event space, The Venue, or a breakfast hamper can be delivered to delegates’ accommodation featuring all the elements needed for them to start the day with a freshly made English breakfast.
Additional benefits of hosting events at Center Parcs include complimentary car parking, cycle hire, Wi-Fi in The Venue and access to the Sub-Tropical Swimming Paradise throughout the delegates’ stay.
Center Parcs operates four Villages in the UK, each is set in a forest environment, typically 400 acres in size and provide high quality accommodation in fully equipped Villas, Apartments and Lodges, which are set amongst trees and streams. Each Village offers an extensive range of sports and leisure activities plus numerous restaurants, bars and retail outlets and a superb Aqua Sana Spa facility.
