One sensational Welcome Reception and partner to CHS
Leeds is announced

CHS Leeds has announced a new partnership with The Queens Hotel, part of The
QHotels Collection that will see the newly £16 million transformed hotel host the
Welcome Reception to open the Show in May.
The partnership will see The Queens Hotel brought to life to host national
prequalified event buyers, hoteliers, and event suppliers ahead of the Show.
Additionally, the partnership will also see the newly refurbished hotel support the
hosted buyer programme, as well as exhibit at the event where all 21 hotels within
The QHotels Collection will be showcased on stand RA36.
The Queens Hotel that is celebrating its 85 th year in the city, creates the perfect
backdrop to host the welcome reception. Having recently undergone a major
transformation, the hotel pays homage to its rich and iconic history but most
importantly, also plays to the ‘new way’ people are now using exciting city-centre
hotel spaces for co-working, meetings, and events.
The welcome reception, that will take place in The Queens Hotel Ballroom, acts as
the launch pad to the conference and hospitality Show and a pivotal part of the event
for making great connections in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, a key objective of the
Paul Priest from The Queens Hotel said “We’re delighted to be this year’s host of the
CHS Leeds Welcome Reception. It’s the first time in 11 years, as well as the first
time the Show has returned to the city after a hiatus due to the pandemic. We’ve got
so many delightful surprises in store that will not only showcase what’s on offer at
The Queens, but also create a sensational reception that we hope will be talked
about in years to come!”

CHS Leeds takes place on Tuesday 24 May, with the welcome reception hosted the
evening prior. The 2022 Show is dedicated to wellness as a theme with CHS
organisers recognising self-care as the golden thread for the industry’s success,
after a somewhat turbulent two years and busy start to 2022.
