Keith Prowse, a UK’s hospitality leader, has confirmed that hospitality guests in the Kia Oval’s Montpelier Club will be situated alongside the players’ dressing rooms for the 2012 international cricket season.
The experiential twist included in the headline offering at the Kia Oval this summer provides guests with the same bird’s eye view as the players, who will prepare for play and walk out onto the outfield just metres away.
This rare level of access will be coupled with an unrivalled dining experience and service which will see drinks delivered to guests’ seats on the Montpelier Club balcony.
Keith Prowse will operate the facility for England’s NatWest One Day Internationals vs West Indies (Tuesday 19th June) and Australia (Sunday 1st July) as well as the 1st Investec Test match vs South Africa (Thursday 19th July – Sunday 22nd July).
Montpelier Club bookers in 2012 can expect an unmatched quality of cuisine with a three-course a la carte lunch and fine wines preceded by a breakfast / brunch accompanied by a complimentary bar including champagne.
An exclusive priority entrance to the ground and an afternoon tea service are two more standout features of the Montpelier Club packages, which are expected to attract corporate parties from London and the South of England.
Keith Prowse research conducted with Experian’s PH Group indicated that 23.2% of guests at the Kia Oval travelled over 100km to the venue.
Ted Walker, Head of Marketing at Keith Prowse said: “The Montpelier Club will offer hospitality guests a truly exclusive experience due to its location at the Kia Oval. We always place a great deal of importance on being able to offer customers a range of hospitality options at Keith Prowse managed events."
"We expect the Montpelier Club in particular to resonate with those customers seeking an entertaining option of the highest possible quality.”
