Restructuring in the sales department at The International Centre, Telford, following an increase in business, has resulted in the appointment of two extra staff to handle client enquiries.
Head of sales, Dominic Fleming, said: “We wanted to ensure the team had enough capacity to retain a strong customer focus, and so we have recruited two new account managers who will play a key role.”
Pru McCarney, from Telford, joins The International Centre after many years' experience in the recruitment industry. Her previous role was as a divisional manager responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring and training four staff, managing up to 60 temps, and proactively selling the recruitment agency's services.
She has been joined by Carolyn Hughes, also from Telford, whose past experience includes working as a divisional business development co-ordinator for a construction company, and as a sales and customer service adviser in the building plastics industry.
“Both new account managers have settled in well, and are working closely with our existing clients to ensure they receive the high quality support they have come to expect from our "venues":http://www.venues.org.uk ,” said Fleming. “They will also be targeting new prospective customers and promoting the facilities we have to offer to a wider audience all over the UK.”
