The Venues Collection launch the Meetings for Change Day Delegate Rate and 24-hour rate package
The Venues Collection has launched their ‘Meetings for Change’ day delegate rate (DDR) and a 24-hour delegate rate package to make it easy for event organisers to choose sustainable options for their meetings, training sessions and events.
The packages focus on the recently launched Meetings for Change initiative, which is a five point charter focussing on sustainable food options. They include ethically sourced tea and coffee served with Red Tractor Assured milk; buffet lunch, dinner and breakfast options that prioritise British seasonal ingredients, minimal food waste and plant-forward options; hydration stations that use fruit and vegetable peelings to flavour the water to remove single-use plastics and reduce food waste. They also have a sustainable approach to the use of stationary, ‘take what you like, but only take what you need’

The Venues Collection’s Meetings for Change delegate packages have been launched as part of the Collection’s Future First Charter and also sit under Lime Venue Portfolio’s Meetings for Change initiative which was launched in 2021.
The DDR and 24-hour package rate vary at different venues but starts at £25DDR and £109 24-hour rate and are valid on all new bookings.
The Venues Collection is the residential venue business of Compass Group UK & Ireland and have seven event and training venues across the South West, South East, and East and West Midlands.
