Easily linked to both London airports Heathrow and Gatwick, we offer guest rooms, meeting and events spaces, a choice of 2 restaurants and leisure facilities on site. Our team of experienced Zoo Keepers can offer you bespoke personal introductions to many of the animals in our care.

Be part of our zoo for years to come. We work collaboratively with the Zoo Keepers and external facilitators to help your team build a unique item specific to one our animals for them to enjoy in their enclosure. The team will be supported in the build and be present when it is located with the animal.

The mansion at the heart of the park being in situ since 1348, was joined by the introduction of the zoo and park in the 1900's.

The Safari hotel with meeting space was built in 2007, with the addition of the Azteca hotel increasing our bedrooms to 219 and offering a different kind of culinary experience.
