We have a dedicated team of event coordinators who work with our clients from initial enquiry through to the day itself to determine their exact requirements. Additionally, our professional onsite catering team can deliver an extensive range of options to suit budget and taste, from buffet lunches and silver service to barbecues and award dinners.
Lilleshall is easily accessible by good road and motorway networks and is just 2 miles from the A41, 4 miles from the A5, 7 miles from Junction 3 of the M54 and 12 miles from Junction 10 of the M6. Mainline railway stations with links to London.

There are numerous meeting rooms of varying sizes, from the intimate oak panelled Read Room overlooking the ornamental gardens to a 166 seat Lecture Theatre, and Exhibition Space. Meetings can be catered from 10 to 480 delegates and all facilities have audio visual equipment provided.

The Duke of Sutherland Suite situated within the main house comprises of three character filled rooms, with oak-panelled walls and fabulous views of the Capability Brown Inspired Gardens.

We also have a range of modern conference rooms in Queens Hall and for larger events, Ford Hall is an ideal exhibition space with a full bar and seminar rooms all contained within one building. Conferences, events, dinners and celebrations can also be hosted in marquees or tipis for up to 1,000 guests.

High quality team development, leadership training, away days and activity days are available and we can also provide the perfect venue for charity fun days or company social events. The day can include non-physical indoor or outdoor events to full outward bound style activities. Our team building sessions are designed to fit into your timetable, from a few hours, a half-day or full day session to a multi-day event.
